TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION THROUGH: A) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS TO DEVELOP SKILLS BY ENGAGING IN ART AND DESIGN PROJECTS/MURALS THAT PORTRAY AND SIGNPOST KEY HISTORICAL BUILDINGS, PRESERVED ARTEFACTS, ACHIEVEMENTS AND PEOPLE OF NOTE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT;B) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE AND LEARN ABOUT THE AREA OF BENEFIT.2. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL ENHANCEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE SPACES AND BUILDINGS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND TO PROMOTE A SENSE OF CIVIC PRIDE AMONGST MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** The BART is set up to inspire the transformation of the dark corners of our towns and cities into vibrant hubs that everyone can enjoy and feel safe in. We achieve this through practical regeneration and meaningful art.
