**Objects:** 2.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:(A) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A NATURAL WOODLAND BURIAL SITE FOR THE PRIMARY BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF YEALMPTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA; AND(B) THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY PROTECTING AND NURTURING THE FLORA, FAUNA AND BIODIVERSITY OF THE NATURAL WOODLAND BURIAL SITE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY

**Activities:** The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit: (a) to provide and maintain a natural woodland burial site for the primary benefit of the residents of Yealmpton and the surrounding area; and (b) the conservation and protection of the natural environment by protecting and nurturing the flora, fauna and biodiversity of the natural woodland burial site for the benefit of the local comm
