Objects: (1) To Promote The Conservation Of Biological Diversity And The Physical And Natural Environment For The Public Benefit In The Counties Of Conwy, Gwynedd And Ynys Mon, In Particular But Not Exclusively The Support Of Other Registered Charities Operating In The Said Counties With: (A) Conserving Wild Birds And Other Wildlife, And The Environment On Which They Depend. (B) Protecting, Restoring And Re-Creating Habitats, And, In Furtherance Of That Primary Objective, To Raise Public Understanding And Provide Information On Such Matters. (C) The Advancement Of Education Of The Public In Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment. (2) To Promote The Preservation, Protection, Operation And Management Of The Rivers And Inland Waterways In The Said Counties Of Conwy, Gwynedd And Ynys Mon For The Public Benefit. (3) To Support Other Registered Charities Operating In The Counties Of Conwy, Gwynedd And Ynys Mon With: (A) The Prevention Or Relief Of Sickness, Disease Or Suffering In Older People (Whether Emotional, Mental And/or Physical) In The Said Counties. (B) Promoting The Relief And Support Of Elderly People In The Said Counties Who Are In Need By Reason Of Ill-Health, Disability, Social Exclusion Or Other Disadvantage In Any Manner. (C) Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of Older People In The Said Counties As The Trustees From Time To Time Decide. (4) The Advancement Of Health Or The Saving Of Lives In The Counties Of Conwy, Gwynedd And Ynys Mon, And In Particular The Research Of Eye Diseases And The Support Of Other Charities That Provide Rescue Services.
