**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO ARE LIVING WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) AND THOSE WHO ARE NEURODIVERSE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN LONDON AND OVERSEAS IN CAMEROON, PRIMARILY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:A) SPEECH AND LANGUAGE, THERAPIES.B) RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.C) EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS AROUND SUBJECTS SUCH AS ART AND COOKING, AS WELL AS SUPPORT WITH HOMEWORK. D) SUPPORT TO THE PARENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES OF THOSE SUFFERING WITH SEND AND NEURODIVERSITY.

**Activities:** Helping disadvantaged people, without exclusion, living in the Borough of Southwark, and facing integration significant barriers.Providing to them Information, Advice & Guidance, Basic Skills, ESOL & English Training and IT & Job Search Training.Offering employment skills to disadvantaged young people and adults,  without exclusion, who are NEETImproving physical and mental health wellbeing.
