**Objects:** THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CIO IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN KINGSWOOD COLLEGE IN SOUTH AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING MEANS TESTED SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PUPILS FROM FAMILIES UNABLE TO AFFORD SCHOOL FEES; AND PROVIDING AND IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES; AND SUPPORTING EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING ARTS, SPORTS AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** The Objects for which the CIO is established are to advance the education of pupils in Kingswood College in South Africa, in particular by:3.1 providing means tested scholarships for pupils from families unable to afford school fees; and3.2 providing and improving educational facilities; and3.3 Supporting extracurricular activities, including arts, sports and leadership development
