Hambledon Music's charitable purpose is to advise classical music groups on development of high-quality concerts that bring communities together.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO ('the Objects') Are To Promote, Maintain, Improve, And Advance The Education Of The Public In The Art Of Music And Arts In General, With Particular Emphasis (but Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing) On Classical Music By Finding Ways To Bring Together Communities And Engage Audiences Who Have Limited Or No Exposure To Classical Music. Provided That All Objects Of The CIO Are Charitable In Nature, The CIO Shall Have The Following Powers To Further Its Said Object, Including The Ability To: Provide Advice To Leading Classical Music Groups On Promotion, Organisation, Management, Publication And Production Of Concerts, Competitions, Recitals, Courses, Seminars, Masterclasses, Lectures, Demonstrations, Operas, Ballets, Broadcasts, Exhibitions, Recordings, Films And Any Other Multimedia Platform Or Medium, As Are Conducive To The Promotion, Maintenance, Improvement And Advancement Of Bringing Together Communities And Enhancing Public Education Or The Encouragement Of The Arts, Classical Music In Particular.
