**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PLAYING OF AMATEUR SPORT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF AMATEUR CRICKET WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OF ASTON ROWANT, KINGSTON BLOUNT AND CROWELL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF CRICKET.

**Activities:** The Charity provides facilities for the playing and coaching of amateur only cricket in the Kingston Blount, South Oxfordshire area covering girls, boys, mixed and adult cricket. With 4 junior teams, a girls team, 5 adult teams and a women's cricket team the charity provides a welcoming environment for anyone interested in the playing and support of cricket.
