Rose Hill Arts Centre has been established in the grade II listed, former United Reformed Church on Rose Hill, Chesterfield. It aims to promote, maintain and advance the public in The Arts by providing performances and exhibitions in-house, and with visiting artists as well as outreach work in the wider community. It also aims to preserve and conserve the building.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1. To Promote, Maintain And Advance The Education Of The Public In The Arts Generally, Particularly Amongst The Inhabitants Of Chesterfield And The Surrounding Areas, By The Provision Of Performances, Exhibitions And Other Events.2. To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Chesterfield And The Surrounding Area, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.3. The Preservation And Conservation Of The Grade Ii Listed Former Rose Hill United Reformed Church In Chesterfield As A Building Of Historical And Architectural Interest.
