Objects of the charity
The Objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit,

The relief of those in need who have been or are in danger of becoming the victims of modern slavery / human trafficking and exploitation in any form by such means as the Charity Trustees may determine; and
-
The advancement of education by raising awareness of the problem of modern slavery / human trafficking and exploitation and its consequences for victims.
Summary of the charity's main activities and achievements
To further the above objects and vision, the charity's main activities and achievements were as follows:
During the current financial year, the Operations Manager continued to grow the networking capabilities of Set Free Foundation in the United Kingdom. She also continued to support the activities of the global fight against human trafficking by partnering with the European Freedom Network, the World Freedom Network, as well as the National Freedom Network in South Africa. Through the Survivors Unite Movement, Set Free Foundation continues to mentor, train and support survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation in Europe and Africa.
In the forthcoming year we aim to launch our Man2Man initiative aimed at education men as to the impact of purchasing sex, whether in person or online.
In planning the activities, the trustees have applied the guidance on public benefit issued by the Charity Commission.
Financial Review
The current year saw very little growth in revenue. The Trustees had attempted to obtain financial grants and additional support, however many donor are reluctant to support a charity that is yet to submit their first set of accounts to the Charity Commission.
Reserves Policy
In it's current form the charity income is too small to have any Reserve Policy. Once the income has grown the Trustees will create the necessary Reserve Policy to ensure that long term sustainability of the organisation.
