Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Advance Public Appreciation Of, And Education In, The Arts Of Opera, Music And Dance Throughthe Provision Of Grants:a) To Assist Talented Emerging Artists From Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Backgrounds To Pursue Their Education In The Said Arts, Designed To Enable Them To Develop Their Full Artistic Potential;b) To Such Educational Institutions Or Registered Arts Charities As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine, To Fund Scholarships For Talented Emerging Artists From Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Backgrounds To Enable Them To Develop Their Full Artistic Potential;c) To Such Promoters Of Performances Of Opera, Music Or Dance As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine, To Enhance The Quality And Merit Of The Artistic Programmes To Be Presented By The Recipient Organisations.
