Activities
Baobab Mental Wellness Community promotes mental health and wellbeing in Ghana through education, awareness, counselling, advocacy and community outreach. We reduce stigma, support individuals and families, strengthen referral pathways, train communities and work with partners to improve access to appropriate mental health care and promote recovery, resilience and social inclusion.
Objects: To Preserve And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of People In Ghana By A) Providing Information Advice And Support On Overcoming Issues Affecting Mental Health B) Raising Awareness Of Issues That Affect Mental Health C) Helping Individuals To Access Information For General Mental Health And Well-Being In All Stages Of Life, Through Health Promotion, Education, Training And Advocacy; D) Organising Mental Health Seminars And Outreach Projects For The General Public And E) Collaborating With Local Health Facilities To Provide Comprehensive Treatment.
