**Objects:** TO PROMOTE POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH VIA THE PROMOTION OF RESILIENCE AND PERSEVERANCE WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON DISADVANTAGED AND HARD-TO-REACH POPULATIONS IN THE UK AND WEST AFRICA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: A. AWARDING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS GRANTS TO ESTABLISH AWARDS FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE SHOWN EXTRAORDINARY PERSEVERANCE IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY;B. RAISING AWARENESS AMONGST THE GENERAL PUBLIC VIA DIGITAL AND NON-DIGITAL MEANS ON AREAS OF RESILIENCE AND PERSEVERANCE IN RELATION TO MAINTAINING POSITIVE WELLBEING AND MENTAL HEALTH.

**Activities:** To promote resilience, perseverance and positive mental health in disadvantaged populations in the UK. We do this by:  A) Awarding educational institutions grants to establish awards for students who have shown extraordinary perseverance in the face of adversity. B) Raising awareness of resilience and its impact on maintaining positive wellbeing amongst the general public.
