**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:3.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL,3.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS,3.3 PROVIDING ASSISTANCE FOR PROSPECTIVE PUPILS TO PREPARE FOR THE SELECTIVE ENTRANCE TEST.THE CHARITY SHALL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION.THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE TOWNLEY GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR GIRLS ESTATE AND ITS NEIGHBOURING AREAS.
