The International Association of Energy and Climate Change advances education and research on energy, climate change and sustainable development. It does this by supporting research, disseminating knowledge, and organising conferences, workshops, lectures and other educational activities for researchers, students and the public.

For The Public Benefit, To Advance Education In The Topics Of Energy And Climate Change Including The Causes And Effects Of Climate Change And Sustainable Energy And Development Through:a) Research In Topics Aimed At Promoting Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction And Climate Change Mitigation;b) Research To Improve Knowledge Gaps On Climate Change And Guide People To Low Carbon Behaviours;c) Workshops/ Conferences And Lectures On Addressing Climate Change, Energy, Energy Transition And Other Related Aspects To Academics And Students And Also The Wider Public To Address Climate Change;d) Such Other Ways As The Trustees May Determine.2.
