The charity received Westminster City
Council planning pem)ission for the
BARGE.
It received pemiission in principle from
the Canal & River Trust to install the
BARGE outside Saint Mary's Hospital
Pat8rson building in Paddington Basin,
and is presently in negotiation for that
mooring to be charged to the Charity at
Peppercorn rent as it has no
commercial value.
It got an agreement in principle with
European Land plc for the installation of
the BARGE behind the fencod pontoon
in Paddington Basin owned by
European Land plc before the end of
2027
