Activities

We offer a range of creative and therapeutic activities including cooking, art, music, walking with horses, improving the well being of young people, parents, and carers predominantly within Hastings and St Leonards. We offer 1 to 1 and group sessions within our premises, which includes woodland, and we also work within schools, provide Alternative Provision and work with Statutory Services.

Objects: The Charity's Objects ("Objects") Are:to Relieve The Need Of Children And Young People With Poor Mental Health, Who Have Or At Risk Of Being Excluded From School, Or Those With Learning Differences Or Neurodiversity And Their Parents, Cares Or Other Key Adults / Professionals In Their Lives By:-Promote And Delivering Positive Mental Health, Wellbeing And Personal Development Support;raising Awareness, Access To Information Resources, Advice, And Targeted Programme Delivery;providing Access To Individually Tailored, High Quality Therapeutic Services On A 1-To-1 And Group Basis;reducing Stigma And Discrimination And Providing A Voice For Isolated Children, Young People And Their Families/carers;delivering Alternative Education And Training Provision For Children And Young People Whose Academic And Personal Development Needs Are Not Fully Met By Mainstream Providers;providing Specialist Education, Training And Support Options For Looked After Young People; Children Who Have Or Are At Risk Of Being Excluded From School; Are Dealing With Mental Health And Wellbeing Issues; Have Learning Differences And/or Are Neurodiverse;offering Training, Mentoring And Wellbeing Support To Professionals Working With Vulnerable Children & Young People To Ensure They Are Better Equipped To Identify Individual Support Needs And Have Greater Knowledge Of The Support Options Available. Particularly, In Relation To Mental Health And Wellbeing, Neurodiversity And Autism;empowering Individuals With Lived Experience Of Poor Mental Health, Exclusion, Learning Differences And Neurodiversity To Engage In Advocacy, Programme Design And Service Delivery; Andprovide Access To High Quality Youth Work, Creative Learning Experiences And Peer Support Activities , All Delivered In Safe And Inclusive Environments.
