**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF YSG FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PINNIPEDS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM:1) TO ADVANCE SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF PINNIPEDS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM USING CITIZENSCIENCE, PARTICULARLY THOSE ACROSS YORKSHIRE.2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PINNIPEDS ACROSS YORKSHIRE THROUGH DIRECT PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT,ORGANISED EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS, VOLUNTEERING AND RESEARCH; AND3) TO IMPROVE THE PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF PINNIPEDS AND THEIR NATURAL ENVIRONMENTWITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON YORKSHIRE, THROUGH DIRECT PUBLICENGAGEMENT, CONSERVATION PRACTICES, RESEARCH AND VOLUNTEERING.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF YSG FOR THEPURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEEINVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].YSG OPERATIONS WILL COMPLY WITH THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR UK CHARITIES (CHARITIES ACT2011).

**Activities:** The Yorkshire Seal Group: Protection, Education, Research. YSG works to protect seals and their habitats through coastal stewarding, public education, engagement and research. We collect data on seal populations and health to help identify and mitigate both existing and emerging anthropogenic threats.
