**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO PROVIDE VOLUNTEER SEARCH AND RESCUE SERVICES TO PRESERVE LIFE AND RELIEVE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS TO PERSONS OR ANIMALS IN CAVES, OTHER UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS, INCLUDING NATURAL AND MAN-MADE, AND AT SURFACE, AND BY DELIVERING SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT THE OTHER ABOVE PURPOSE.THE CIO OPERATES PRIMARILY WITHIN THE CEREMONIAL COUNTY OF DEVON, BUT MAY ALSO OPERATE IN THE WIDER SOUTH WEST ENGLAND REGION AND BEYOND WHEN REQUIRED

**Activities:** Devon Cave Rescue Organisation (DevCRO) is a volunteer run search and rescue charity, comprised of local cavers who assist others who may be lost or injured in the caves or mines of Devon. The rescue team has approximately 40 members, based throughout Devon, Somerset and Cornwall. We spend donated money on supporting this cause, for example on rescue equipment and rescuer training.
