**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WEST MOORS MEMORIAL HALL (WHICH IS FUNCTIONAL PERMANENT ENDOWMENT) AS A FACILITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF AND THE USE BY THE LOCAL RESIDENTS OF WEST MOORS, DORSET, AND SURROUNDING AREAS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
