**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS AGED BETWEEN 14 AND 30 RESIDING IN SURREY WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF LEARNING DISABILITIES OR NEUROLOGICAL DIVERGENCE (WHETHER DIAGNOSED OR NOT DIAGNOSED) OR SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING, SUPPORT AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO PREPARE THEM TO ACCESS SUPPORTED WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS AND, WHERE POSSIBLE, TO SECURE PAID EMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** We offer personalised speciality coffee and employability training programmes that empower people with learning disabilities and/or who are neurodivergent with the skills, confidence and connections for their futures. Following training we work with employers to remove the barriers to work and offer supported work placements, supported internships and identify future employment opportunities.
