**Objects:** 4.1 THE PRIMARY OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:A) THE PROMOTION OF ANIMAL WELFARE, BY SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE INCLUDING THE SUPPORT OF THE PROVISION OF OUTSTANDING CLINICAL CARE TO COMPANION ANIMALS WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM TREATMENT AT SMALL ANIMAL DEPARTMENTS OF UK UNIVERSITY VETERINARY SCHOOLS AND ELSEWHERE AT THE TRUSTEES' DISCRETION.B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO ANIMAL HEALTH AND THE PROMOTION OF ANIMAL WELFARE AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO, THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO AND TREATMENT OF CANCER IN COMPANION ANIMALS AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** The purpose of the charity is to raise funds which will enable the purchase of equipment used to treat companion animals with cancer.  The Trustees will have complete discretion where funds are allocated to ensure the optimum benefits are achieved.  Overriding these criteria, the charity will not support any form of experimentation involving animals.
