We are a charity registered on 24 February 2025 and set up tocheck, maintain and replace a network of life saving defibrillatorsoriginally installed by the Rotary Clubs of Leigh on Sea and Thorpe Baytogether with the Carli Lansley Foundation.We are also committed to supporting the education to the public on theuse of defibrillators and CPR.
Objects: To Promote And Protect Good Health For The Public Benefit, In Particular But Not Limited To Cardiac Health Issues And The Need For Prevention And Appropriate Treatment, To Members Of The Public And Emergency Services Wherever Possible But Not Limited To Those Living Or Working In The City Of Southend, In The Following Ways:? To Maintain Defibrillators Installed By The Rotary Clubs Of Leigh On Sea And Thorpe Bay Together With The Carli Lansley Foundation? To Ensure The Defibrillators Are Available To The Public And Emergency Services Wherever Possible And To Register Them With The Circuit? To Replace Outdated Or Damaged Defibrillators, Pads, Batteries And Cabinets Installed By The Aforesaid Organisations.? To Raise Public Awareness Of The Importance Of Defibrillators And Cpr? To Support And Organise Training Initiatives And Life Saving Skills Such As The Use Of Automated External Defibrillators And Cpr.? Such Other Charitable Ways At The Trustees, In Their Absolute Discretion, Determine.
