**Objects:** THE OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO:TO PROMOTE AND PRESERVE THE GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES WORLDWIDE THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND MOBILISATION OF NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES, IN PARTICULAR, BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS:1 TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE HIGH-QUALITY RESEARCH IN THE MULTIPLE FIELDS RELEVANT FOR NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES THROUGH FOSTERING GLOBAL COLLABORATION AMONGST RESEARCHERS, INSTITUTIONS, AND COUNTRIES.2 TO ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT AMONG NUTRITION SCIENTISTS AND PRACTITIONERS FROM A VARIETY OF DISCIPLINES THROUGH CREATING AND FOSTERING GLOBAL CONFERENCES, FORUMS, NETWORKS, AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENGAGEMENT, KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE, AND CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT.3 TO ADVANCE THE UNDERSTANDING OF NUTRITION AND HEALTH AMONG NON-EXPERTS BY PROMOTING THE DISSEMINATION AND TRANSLATION OF CREDIBLE, EVIDENCE-BASED NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE INFORMATION.
