**Objects:** 1) TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF MITOCHONDRIAL DISEASE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MITOCHONDRIAL DISEASE AND TO ADVANCE RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF MITOCHONDRIAL DISEASE INCLUDING PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** Raising awareness, support and research - and hopes of treatments and a cure - for everyone in the UK impacted by mitochondrial disease.
