Objects: The Objects Of The Kvca Are:to Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Kingswood Village And Theneighbourhood (hereinafter Called “the Area Of Benefit”) Without Distinctionas To Sex, Age, Race, Religion Or Beliefs, Political Or Other Opinions, Sexualorientation Or Disability, By Associating Together The Said Residents And Thelocal Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort Toadvance Education And Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare Forrecreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving Theconditions Of Life For The Residents.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power:to Acquire The Undertaking, Business, Operation, Assets And Liabilities Of Thekingswood Village Community Association, Charity Registered Number275187, (the "former Charity") And To Carry On The Ownership, Operationand Maintenance Of The Kingswood Village Hall In Succession To Theformer Charity And To Maintain Or Manage Or Cooperate With Any Statutoryauthority In The Operation, Maintenance And Management Of Such A Hall Foractivities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
