(b) To advance education by offering Arabic language classes, providing supplementary classes for students studying for GCSEs and A-Levels, and providing tuition services for the public benefit. (c) To promote good mental health by providing counselling services and by supporting individuals suffering due to bereavement. (d) To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Enfield and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants. |

This was The Khidmah Foundation’s first year of operation. During the period, the charity focused on establishing its activities and supporting the local community through the delivery of educational classes. The trustees also focused on developing the charity’s operations and establishing a foundation for future activities. |

Para 1.20 | As this was the charity’s first six months of operation, activities were primarily focused on establishing the charity and commencing its charitable work. During the period, the charity successfully delivered Hifz (Qur’an memorisation) classes, providing beneficiaries with a structured environment to support their learning and engagement with the Qur’an. Whilst the scale of charitable activity was limited during this initial period, the classes contributed to the advancement of education and provided a positive benefit to members of the local community. The trustees expect the charity’s impact and range of activities to grow as the organisation continues to develop. |
