Objects: 3.1 The Trustee Shall Hold The Trust Fund Upon Trust:3.1.1 To Promote The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment Of The Property, For The Benefit Of The Public And In Particular (But Not Exclusively) The Inhabitants Of Elstead, Surrey; And3.1.2 Subject To The First Object At Clause 3.1.1, To Make The Property (Or Such Part(s) Of IT As The Trustee May From Time To Time Determine) Available To The Public For Recreation In The Interests Of Social Welfare, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of Elstead, Surrey. 3.2 The Trustee Shall Hold The Property, As And When Acquired, In Perpetuity For The Objects.3.3 The Property Means The Freehold Land In Elstead, Surrey Shown Shaded Pink On The Plan Attached At Schedule 2, Including The Two Access Paths To The North And West Of Such Land, Which Forms Part Of The Land Known As Bonfire Hill And Registered With Title No. Sy29636 (But Excluding The Two Small Pieces Of Land To The North-West Which Are Not Connected To Bonfire Hill) Together With Such Other Leasehold Or Freehold Interest In Land In Or Around Such Area As May Be Acquired By The Trustee As An Addition To The Property Or As Replacement Land In Accordance With The Power In Clause 4.2.6. 3.4 Subject To Clause 3.2, The Trustee Shall Apply The Income, And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital Of The Trust Fund, At Such Time Or Times And In Such Manner To, Or For The Benefit Of, The Objects As The Trustee May In Its Discretion Think Fit.
