Residents of the Almshouses shall be persons who (except in special cases to be approved by the commissioners): 3.2.1  are inhabitants in the Area of Benefit; or 3.2.2  have a spouse, child, brother or sister who are resident in the Area of Benefit. 3.3  In this constitution the expression “Area of Benefit” shall mean the Parish of Clifton-upon-Dunsmore in the Rugby borough of Warwickshire.
