The club is to adhere to the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Scamps CIO has this year been registered with Ofsted to provide childcare to children from birth to sixteen. The club became operational to children in November 2026 (so not covered in the period of this return).

During the period of this return, the club was in the process of setting up.
