**Objects:** THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN NORTH SOMERSET BY PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING ITEMS AND SERVICES TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO RELIEVE POVERTY. THE ADVANCEMENT OF ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH DELIVERING ACTIVITIES SUCH DANCE, DRAMA, MUSIC AND ARTS RELEVANT TO THE SOUTH ASIAN CULTURE.

**Activities:** We support Bangladeshi, South Asian, refugee, asylum seeker and wider communities in North Somerset through poverty relief, cultural and arts programmes, education and skills support, recreational sports, community events, and activities that reduce isolation, promote wellbeing, and strengthen inclusion and cohesion.
