TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY DEVELOPING RECYCLING SCHEMES AND CARRYING OUT CLEAN-UP PROJECTS TO RESTORE RIVER WAYS AND LOCAL ENVIRONMENTS C.
