**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION DUE TO BEING ABANDONED, MISTREATED OR LOST BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, TREATMENT AND SECURITY, AND BY PROMOTING THEIR REHABILITATION THROUGH TRAINING, REHOMING AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** We relieve the suffering of dogs in need of care and attention due to being abandoned, mistreated or lost by providing appropriate care, kenneling, treatment and security, and by promoting their rehabilitation through training, rehoming and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.
