Activities During the Reporting Period
This reporting period covered the Foundation’s establishment and initial development phase. During the period, the charity focused on establishing its governance arrangements, developing its operational systems, and preparing for the delivery of its charitable activities.
No grant-funded projects or charitable programmes were delivered during this reporting period. The Foundation’s first external grant was approved after the end of the financial period and therefore falls within the following financial year.

Structure, Governance and Management
The Trinity Arms Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Foundation Model) governed by its Constitution. The trustees are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the charity, ensuring that its resources are applied solely in furtherance of its charitable objects and that the charity complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management
As the charity was in its initial development stage during this reporting period, the trustees focused on establishing appropriate governance arrangements and preparing the Foundation for future charitable activities. Risks continue to be reviewed regularly as the charity develops.
Plans for Future Periods
Following the end of this reporting period, the Foundation successfully secured external grant funding and commenced the delivery of charitable programmes. Planned activities include providing practical support, educational workshops, financial wellbeing programmes, and other initiatives that advance the Foundation’s charitable objects and benefit individuals experiencing financial hardship.
The trustees remain committed to strengthening the Foundation’s governance, developing sustainable partnerships, and delivering lasting benefit to the communities it serves.
