Educational activities comprise evening talks and daytime events to engage residents to learn more about the natural world .From a conservation perspective HNN undertakes habitat improvement projects(eg balsam pulling ,tree /hedgerow planting) and environmental monitoring and surveys(eg river fly and pollution).We look to work in partnership with landowners and other established organisations
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1. To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment With The Aim Of Advancing Biodiversity In Holmedale Valley And The Surrounding Area To Create And Promote Biodiverse Habitats For Flora And Fauna.2. To Advance The Education And Engagement Of The Public In Biodiversity And The Importance Of Flora And Fauna In The Environment.
