**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS, CARERS, AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE, AND SUPPORT FOCUSED ON CANCER PREVENTION AND AWARENESS, PARTICULARLY WITHIN AFRICAN AND ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN THE UK, THROUGH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:• RAISING AWARENESS OF CANCER, INCLUDING PANCREATIC CANCER, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTION AND EARLY DETECTION.• HELPING INDIVIDUALS ACCESS INFORMATION ON CANCER PREVENTION, GENERAL HEALTH, AND WELL-BEING AT ALL STAGES OF LIFE, THROUGH HEALTH PROMOTION, EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND ADVOCACY.• ORGANISING CANCER AWARENESS SEMINARS AND OUTREACH PROJECTS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WITH A FOCUS ON REDUCING STIGMA AND IMPROVING UNDERSTANDING OF CANCER-RELATED ISSUES.

**Activities:** The organisation offers both practical and emotional support to individuals and families living with or recovering from cancer. Through initiatives such as monthly Tea & Talk sessions, annual retreats, awareness talks led by cancer specialists, social brunches, and visitation and travel support, DChanger helps its members find connection, hope, and strength on their healing journey
