Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:-To Advance The Education Of The Public In General (And Particularlyamongst Sikh And South Asian Communities) On All Aspects Of Thesubject Of Mental Health, Physical Wellbeing And Recovery; Andto Preserve And Protect Physical And Mental Health In Particular But Notexclusively By The Provision Of Education, Awareness, Advice Andinformation Through Workshops / Events And Support And To Provideactivities That Have A Proven Beneficial Effect On Health.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Propertyof The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With[section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005]and [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
