Raven’s Reptile Rescue is register with the Charity Commissioners No. 1211962
The Charity is administered by a Management Committee of Trustees comprising Matthew Raven (Chair)

The object of the Charity is to promote humane behaviour towards reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates which are in need of care and attention in Peterborough and the surrounding area by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in Peterborough and the surrounding area in matters pertaining to reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.
The Charity is administered and managed by the Trustees, subject to and in conformity with the provisions of the Scheme and such services provided by the Trustees are made on a voluntary basis. The power to appoint new Trustees is vested in the existing Trustees. When new Trustees are appointed they are given an overview of the Charity and an outline of both its operational and financial activities. New Trustees are selected in order to gain benefit from their skills and experience, to complement the existing Trustees, and to provide succession.
The Trustees can report that the management of the Charity was in their opinion completed on a satisfactory basis during the year. The Trustees have considered the guidelines issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit and are of the opinion that the criteria are being met within the objectives and activities of the charity.
Review of the year
During the year the Charity managed to rehome 22 animals.
The financial position of the Charity at 31[st] December 2025 is considered satisfactory and help to meet the objectives of the Charity.
