Objects: The Objects Ofthe Association Shall Be:-A) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Caernarfon Town With Particular Emphasis On The Community Needs In The Maes Barcer Estate/ty Gwyn Estate And District(herein After Called The Area Of Benefit) Without The Distinction Of Sex, Political, Religious, Or Other Opinions By Association Inhabitants, Voluntary Organisations And The Local Authorities In A Common Effort To Advance Education And Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. B) To Maintain And Manage Canolfan Noddfa (hereinafter Called The Centre) For Activities Promoted By The Association And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance To The Above Object. C) The Association Shall Be Non-Party In Politics And Non-Sectarian In Religion And Shall Have The Right To Affiliate To Other Organisations With Similar Charitable Object.
