Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is: For The Public Benefit To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Dogs And Prevent Cruelty And Suffering Among Dogs In Romania By:a) Providing Appropriate Care, Protection, Treatment And Security For Dogs Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage, Rehoming Such Dogs, Where Possible, In The United Kingdom;b) Providing And/or Assisting In The Provision Of, Trap Neuter And Release Services To Homeless Dogs, Designed To Control The Population Of Unwanted Dogs;c) Educating The Public In Matters Pertaining To The Care And Welfare Of Dogs, And Responsible Ownership.
