Annual Return for CIO Charity no 1211897 

Further to speaking to your helpline, please accept this letter in regard to filing our Trustees Annual Report and copy of our accounts. 

At this time the charity is has not commenced trading, we are a pre-school setting transferring over from a Charity (No 1040874) to a CIO.  We have therefore had a zero income for this financial year.  We are awaiting our registration with Ofsted to be completed before we can transfer over.
