**Activities:** Essex Legal Link provides free advocacy, complaints support and information to people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. We help individuals navigate complaints and redress processes with councils, landlords, housing providers and ombudsman schemes. We operate primarily online across Essex and refer legal advice matters to solicitors where appropriate.
