We have been getting the charity ready to take tenants into its first
house. Converting the house from offi￿S to a home. Preparing the
documents for running a charity, namely policies and procedures.

The Trustees. policy with regard to reserves is to seek to maintain
unrestricted furKls, other than those designated from time to tiffE for
specific purposes, at a level sufficient to provide the charity with enough
workirrfJ capital to cary on its existirKJ activities s￿￿SsfUllY for two to
four months. This will enable trustees to ensure continuty of activities
arKI horK)ur contra(Xual liabilities.
