There was no income recefved and no expenditur8 incurred by the CIO itself. Durlng th18 perlod. Ihe existing unincorporated chartyoper8ting as Harden Pr&School continued to C8rry out all 0peratlon818ctiv1e8 and incurred Costs relatingto the estJbLishrnent of the CIO. These costs were incurred as part of the planned incorporation and transfer proce$$. The unincorporated charty was subsequently merged with and absorbed into the CIO In the following financial perlod.
