PROVIDING ADVICE AND GUIDANCE, INCLUDING ASSISTING WITH GRANT APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND EQUIPMENT; B. SIGNPOSTING TO OTHER RELEVANT THERAPY AND SERVICES PROVIDERS;C. RAISING AWARENESS OF THE CONDITION AND ADVOCATING FOR BETTER PROVISION AND SUPPORT.

**Activities:** JT Foundation exists to improve the quality of life for Children leaving with cerebral palsy in the Greater Manchester area. It provides a variety of services to help and support children with cerebral palsy.
