Activities
Our AimsTo improve the standard of care and outcomes for children who suffer from glaucoma.To organise an annual meeting for delegates from around the world to meet and discuss complex cases, and to share experiences in managing children with glaucoma. To promote research and share research results in childhood glaucoma.To promote international collaboration between members.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, To Preserve And Protect Public Health, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:a. Promoting High Quality Care Of And Outcomes For Children Who Suffer From Glaucoma Through Developing And Promoting Standards Of Care;b. Promoting Scientific Research Relating To Paediatric Glaucoma By Providing A Platform For Presentation Of And Dissemination Of Such Research And By The Provision Of Grants In Support Of Research Studies And Their Publication;c. Advancing Education And Training In The Field Of Paediatric Glaucoma For Medical Practitioners And Associated Health Care Professionals;d. Educating The General Public In All Matters Relating To Paediatric Glaucoma;e. Providing Expert Guidance And Advice On Policy To Appropriate Bodies Concerning Paediatric Glaucoma.
