Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Asian First Generation Community Are To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society, In Particular, Those:1.socially Excluded Due To Difficulties In Connecting With Relevant Support Communities In Their Area Of Residence;2.unable To Seek Assistance From Relevant Services Due To Lack Of Awareness Of Existing Services;3. Struggling To Find Employment Due To Unfamiliarity With The Local Job Market And Hiring Procedures;for The Purpose Of This Clause, ‘Socially Excluded’ Means First Generation Asians In The UK Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors: Language And Cultural Barrier, Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth Or Old Age; Ill Health (Physical Or Mental); Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race, Ethnic Origin; Relationship And Family Breakdown; Crime (As A Victim Of Crime).nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
