Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment And To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment In Oxfordshire By Operating A Centre To Inform The Public About The Climate And Nature Crises, Particularly The Local Impact Through Workshops, Projects And Events. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
