## **Operational Report** 

During this financial year, we built on previous successes and continued to prioritise the growth of our Ladies and Youth sections. Membership has grown to 28 in the Ladies section and over 105 in the Youth section, with teams ranging from U10s to U17s. This growth has strengthened cricket within the community and enhanced the club's family atmosphere. 

All sections completed their full fixture programme, including two men's teams competing on Saturdays in the South Wales Cricket Association League. 

Alongside on-field activities, we continued to improve pavilion facilities as part of our long-term development plan. This year, we upgraded the ladies' toilets, including the addition of an extra facility. 

Rising operational costs have continued to present challenges, and we remain grateful for the support of our sponsors and grant providers. Through careful financial management, we achieved a year-end surplus, providing a strong foundation for further facility improvements.
