**Objects:** TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF RAILWAYS AND RAILWAY SIGNALLING, IN PARTICULAR IN THE AREA OF HASLEMERE, SURREY, BY PROVIDING PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LISTED BUILDING KNOWN AS THE HASLEMERE SIGNAL BOX, BY PRESERVING THE SAID SIGNAL BOX AND ITS HISTORIC SIGNALLING EQUIPMENT AND THROUGH THE DEMONSTRATION OF SIGNALLING AND SAFETY PRACTICE, THE EXHIBITION OF RAILWAY MEMORABILIA AND THE CREATION OF DISPLAYS AND EXPLANATIONS INFORMING THE PUBLIC ON THE HISTORY OF RAILWAYS AND THEIR OPERATION AND IMPACT IN THE VICINITY OF HASLEMERE SURREY.

**Activities:** To educate the public in the history of railways and railway signalling, by providing public access to the listed building known as the Haslemere Signal Box, by preserving the signal box and its historic  equipment and through the demonstration of signalling and safety practice, informing the public on the history of railways, their operation and impact in the vicinity of Haslemere, Surrey.
