## **Keele Postgraduate Association CIO Trustees’ and Officers’ Report** 

## **2024 – 2025** 

The Trustees and Officers of Keele Postgraduate Association CIO (Charity Number 1211399) give notice that this charity has had no activity, and no liabilities or expenses have been incurred nor assets owned or controlled and therefore there are no liabilities to settle nor assets to distribute. 

The intention in registering this charity was that it would become the change of status for Keele Postgraduate Association (Charity Number 1143888) as a means of limiting the liability of Keele Postgraduate Association’s Trustees and Officers, but this CIO status will not now progress due to the KPA (Keele Postgraduate Association) merger with the KUSU (Keele University Student’s Union) and no equity has been transferred. 

A Member Resolution and a Trustee Declaration document have been drawn up and agreed in accordance with our Constitution and Governing Document.
